Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

STEPS TO RETURN A PRODUCT

• 1) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

• 2) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

• 3) To return your product, simply print the return label HERE. Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer listed on the label (ETC GROUP).

• 4) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

• 5) If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds often require processing time.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange yours for the same item, email us at contact@glycin.fr and send your item to: La Poste Marolles-En-Brie 94440

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: La Poste Marolles-En-Brie 94440.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
