RULES AND TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE GLYCIN.FR

Before using our website, please read these General Terms of Sale and Use carefully. By accessing or using any part of this site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept all the terms of this agreement, you must not access the website or use the services offered.

These general terms of sale apply to the website www.glycin.fr, managed by the company Glycin, whose head office is located in Paris, France.

Our store is hosted by Hostinger, which provides us with the necessary infrastructure to offer our products.

PURPOSE

These terms aim to define the terms of use, ordering, payment, and delivery between the website www.glycin.fr and its customers.

PRODUCTS

All products offered on www.glycin.fr are available while stocks last. They are described with the greatest accuracy. However, errors may occur in this presentation, and Glycin cannot be held liable for minor differences, especially for custom-made or limited-edition products.

Photos may be slightly retouched (color, size, etc.) to better represent the products.

ORDER

Customers can select items from our catalog and add them to their cart. By confirming their order via the "Payment" button, they enter into a sales contract with Glycin, subject to the availability of the ordered products.

A confirmation email is sent after each order detailing the terms.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, consumers have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal without justification or penalties, except for return shipping costs. This period is extended to the next working day if it expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, with the order number.

LIABILITY

Glycin is not responsible for losses or damages related to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics...), third parties, or errors made by the customer (incorrect address, etc.).

PRICES

Prices are displayed and invoiced in euros. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

Payment is due at the time of ordering. It is made by credit card via a secure provider such as PayPal or Stripe. The information transmitted is encrypted and is not accessible during transmission. The transaction is immediately debited after data verification.

In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable. The customer authorizes the seller to debit their card for the amount corresponding to the order price.

We do not have access to the customer's banking information, which is protected by SSL encryption.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the site, including the technology used, are protected by copyright, trademarks, and patents. Any unauthorized reproduction of the trademarks, logos, designs, and models on the site is prohibited and constitutes infringement subject to legal action.
